Woodstock co-living complete design and renovation

Where there are budget constraints - innovation happens!

This challenging budget friendly renovation required me to be the architect, interior designer and project manager on a 3 month total interior co-living project. I recycled various furniture pieces, arranged for collaborations with furniture manufacturers, worked with local artists to create a hip and modern co-living house in the heart of Woodstock. Custom made lights, recycled furniture and hand painted patterns are all part of what makes this project unique!

Woodstock, Cape Town is a very old neighbourhood with a rich grafitti art exhibition. It was important to showcase this component in the work we did. I arranged for a large art piece to be painted on the side of the house just before completion.
